Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of Hulman CRM, a service operated by Hulman LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the content, contacts, instructions, and connected accounts used in your workspace.

Connected platforms

Connections to Meta, TikTok, Google, and other third-party services remain subject to those providers’ terms and permissions. You authorize Hulman CRM to perform only the actions you configure or approve. Availability may change when a provider modifies or restricts its services.

Acceptable use

You may not use Hulman CRM to violate rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, send prohibited communications, evade platform controls, interfere with security, or access another customer’s workspace.

Service and billing

Paid plans, limits, renewal terms, and taxes are shown at purchase. Features may evolve as the product improves. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements.

Customer content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Hulman LLC the limited rights necessary to host, process, adapt, and transmit it solely to operate the service and fulfill your instructions.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Hulman LLC is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or content decisions made by those providers. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of eligible data. We may terminate or restrict access for material violations, security threats, or legal obligations.
